Hi, I'm Christian.

I'm a full-stack web developer.

At a Glance

Who I am as a developer.

Most of my work is with a typical LAMP stack, but I enjoy branching out into other technologies as well.

No matter what my project is, my ultimate goal is always the same: to make the user’s life easier.

Always Learning

I enjoy learning new languages, frameworks or (other) skills, and I spend much of my free time doing so.

My Work

Some of my best projects.

My Experience

I've worked for some great companies.

For clients such as Acura and Honda, I worked on highly complex and robust web application platforms using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery (with heavy use of Ajax), and PHP on the Yii 1.1 and Yii 2 platforms, as well as ReactJS and Laravel 5. Additional work included 'freeform' PHP, WordPress, and Drupal.

I worked on a broad range of projects, from simple Wordpress sites for local hobbyists to highly customized corporate websites and complex web applications. Clients I've performed exceptional work for include the ONE Campaign, Ottawa 2017, Heritage Canada, and Engineers Canada.

About Me

Get to know me a little.

I'm mainly a passionate PHP developer, with additional experience writing HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. I've also picked up additional experience in server administration, client communication, and motion graphics animation along the way.

I attended Algonquin College's Interactive Multimedia Developer program from 2013 to 2015. In 2014 I received the Dean's Honours List award. I currently live in London, ON, where I work at the digital marketing agency Arcane as a back-end developer. I also make and sell geeky 3D printed jewelry on Etsy as Peregrine Studios.

In my spare time, I can be found PC gaming, coding my own projects, and trying to get Windows and Linux to play nice together.
